We are committed to providing quality and affordable dental healthcare. In an effort to help our patients meet their dental needs, we will work with you to reach a financial solution tailored for your situation. We submit insurance claims on behalf of our patients. Please bring your current insurance card with you to ensure we have the most recent insurance information on file. Along with insurance, we offer the following options for payment: cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We do request that your co-payment be paid in full at the time of your appointment.
We also work with Care Credit, which offers interest-deferred financing for dental treatment. Care Credit applications are available in our office or online by clicking this link. We will be happy to answer any questions or concerns regarding your treatment and insurance coverage.
As a courtesy to our patients with dental benefits, we will submit your claim to your insurance company. Any portion that is not expected to be covered by these benefits is the responsibility of the patient. This may include deductibles and co-payments. Please understand that this is only an estimate, not a guarantee of payment, and is based on information available to us from your insurance company.
Minor children — The person who accompanies a minor child to the appointment is considered the responsible party. That person, therefore, is responsible for any payment due at the time service is rendered. Marital status is not a consideration under any circumstance. Decreed custody or lack thereof does not alter financial responsibility.
